How do I open a new account?

To create a Montana’s MarketPlace account, sign-up here.

After verifying your account, you will have access to the Montana’s MarketPlace to make purchases.

To become a seller, select I’m a Seller during registration and complete the Seller signup process. You will receive an email when your account has been approved with next steps for setting up your store.  Once your account has been approved, you will have access to the vendor dashboard.

If you already have a Montana’s MarketPlace customer account and would like to open your own online store,  click the Become a Seller button from Your Account page.

What are MountainPoints?

MountainPoints are rewards you earn for every purchase made on Montana’s Marketplace. MountainPoints can be redeemed as credit towards any new purchase for up to 5% off the product price.

One hundred (100) MountainPoints= $1.00 discount.

What are some of the Seller benefits offered by Montana’s MarketPlace?

  • Montana’s MarketPlace allows Sellers to setup their own online store, giving them access to their own store front.
  • Sellers get access to a dashboard that allows easy management of product inventory, including sales, discounts and promotions.
  • Sellers can view sales reports.
  • Each seller has a branded store page.
  • Each seller manages their own product reviews.
  • Order Management – Each seller manages their own orders.
  • Shipping Management – Each seller can manage their product shipping. Sellers can choose their own shipping.

How do I contact a Seller?

To contact a seller, visit the Seller’s store page and click the get support button button  below the store banner.

A message window will appear:

Enter in a topic on the subject line.  Be sure to include your Order number (if applicable).

Notification

When a customer creates a new support ticket, the seller is notified via email and receives a notification in the seller dashboard. Similarly, when a seller replies to a ticket, the customer  is notified via email and receives notification in the My Account dashboard.

How is shipping handled?

Each Montana’s MarketPlace Seller is responsible for handling the shipping for all purchases made from their store.

How do I Reset My Password?

If you have lost or forgotten your password, you can reset your password by clicking the “Lost Your Password” link on the Sign In page, or by clicking here.

Lost Password

Enter your username or email address in the form that appears and click the “Reset Password” button. This will send an email to the associated account with a link to reset your password.

Password Reset
