To contact a seller, visit the Seller’s store page and click the get support button button  below the store banner.

A message window will appear:


Enter in a topic on the subject line.  Be sure to include your Order number (if applicable).


When a customer creates a new support ticket, the seller is notified via email and receives a notification in the seller dashboard. Similarly, when a seller replies to a ticket, the customer  is notified via email and receives notification in the My Account dashboard.
